What is your role and what does it entail?
I’ve recently stepped into a Digital Marketing Executive role on Paramount Pictures’ media team, an exciting full-circle moment. I began my journey here as a media intern. Three years on, I’m back with the team, now working on digital and social media campaigns for theatrical releases.
What do you enjoy most about your role and what are the challenges in your role?
I enjoy the fast-paced nature of digital and social media, where staying current with emerging technologies, trends, and cultural moments is essential. The landscape is constantly evolving, requiring ongoing testing, adaptability, and openness to innovation. Digital also offers immediate reach and accessibility, making it important to deliver the right message to the right audience with impactful creative. These are also the ongoing challenges!
Which campaign are you most proud of and why?
A standout for me was the SpongeBob: Search for SquarePants campaign last summer. It achieved strong cut-through, and it really felt like a SpongeBob Summer. I loved being able to help all our marketing departments bring the campaign together.
Who is Hadia outside of Paramount? What do you love to do on weekends?
I love to read, find new matcha places to visit, and I’m also a big cat person. So, if anyone has a pet cat, we can start a cat club, LOL!
