What has been your most memorable moment from Bachelor In Paradise so far?
For me, it was the whole relationship with Alisha and Jules. From when they met, to how it ended, to how she so perfectly spoke to him and laid a boundary on ‘After Paradise‘. She’s a bloody legend.

Apart from the obvious format differences, what makes Bachelor In Paradise different to The Bachelor and Bachelorette?
On the other shows you don’t spend so much time with each other. On this show – it’s literally all day and night, for weeks and weeks. It’s an intense experience.
What does a typical day look like for you in Fiji when you’re not on set? (We imagine poolside breakfasts, massages, water sports…)
As a vegan coeliac, I cook all my own food when we’re on location. So my day involves prepping veggies, cooking delicious Coconut curries. If we aren’t shooting that day, I’ll train with the sandbags and kettlebells that I send over in the shipping container that the Lighting Team send. That and finishing every episode of Rick & Morty and Bojack Horseman.
Who stole your heart in this season of BIP?
My wife and son, on our three-time-daily FaceTime calls.
In just three words, what can we expect from this season of Bachelor In Paradise?
