What is your role and what does it entail? 

I’m a Marketing Engagement Assistant, looking after 10 Partner Comms — from updating monthly priorities to providing creative assets — and supporting performance marketing. I also help with on-ground activations and jump in wherever the marketing team needs an extra hand.

What do you love about your job and working at Paramount?

I joined Paramount at the end of April this year, and from day one I noticed the incredible culture. I feel so lucky that my first “9 to 5” is surrounded by genuinely kind, supportive, and inspiring people.

What are the challenges in your role?

The media world moves fast — sometimes really fast — which can be a challenge. But I’m lucky to be part of a team that’s always there to support and guide me.

What’s your proudest personal and career moment?

Personally, hiking in Peru this past March is a standout. It was one of the most physically and mentally challenging things I’ve done, and reaching the end was such an achievement.

Who is the Tia outside of Paramount? What do you love to do on weekends?

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring Brisbane with friends in search of the best coffee and matcha — or planning my next trip abroad. Saturdays often start at the New Farm Markets with my boyfriend, visiting my family (my dad owns a butcher there), and taking my dog for a run. From there, it’s breakfast out and spending the day hanging out with friends.
