What is your role and what does it entail?
I’m the Executive Assistant to Beverley McGarvey, supporting her in her dual roles across Network 10 and Paramount+. My day-to-day involves managing schedules, coordinating communications, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What’s been your impression of life at Paramount so far?
I’m still finding my feet, but so far, everyone has been incredibly welcoming and supportive. It’s a great environment to be part of.

What’s been your career journey so far?
My career as an EA has taken me across a range of media companies—from free-to-air television to publishing and pay TV. Each role has helped shape my experience and passion for the industry.

Who is the Carla outside of work? What would we find you doing on the weekends?
Outside of work, I’m a busy mum of two! Weekends are usually spent at kids’ sporting events or enjoying time at our local beach.
