Tell us how Craig’s Kitchen came to be!
I’ve had 31 years hospitality experience and have worked in cafes also have had another business before, my old boss had the cafe and asked if I’d like to take over, so Craig’s Kitchen was made!
It’s a unique situation to have your café set up within the office – what do you love about it and what do you find most challenging?
I love the relationship I’ve made with the people in the office, love giving great service. The challenging part is trying to know what people want to eat, LOL!
What is your favourite type of food to cook and where do you draw your inspiration?
I like all food, but I love a good roast dinner though. I’ve loved cooking from an early age, with my Gran.
Which department is most addicted to caffeine?
I’m going to say News, but Sales are not far behind!
Who is Craig outside his kitchen? Where would we find you on weekends?
Weekends I like to relax, take my dog for a walk, I love a good breakfast on the weekends

Deus Cafe in Camperdown!
