Casting Is Now Open For Everyday Australians Ready To Play The Game.
After a blockbuster season that had Australians hooked and screaming at their screens, The Traitors Australia became the deliciously devious game the nation can’t stop talking about.
From jaw-dropping betrayals and brutal banishments to accusations, alliances and those delightfully awkward breakfast conversations, The Traitors delivered watercooler moments that had Australia guessing, debating and obsessing over one very important question: who can you ever really trust?
Now, The Traitors is set to return for another fabulously treacherous outing in 2027.
Everyday Australians are being invited to throw their hat into the ring to play Gretel’s twisted fairytale in TV’s most deceptive game… if they dare.
Everyone enters as equals. But once Gretel secretly selects her Traitors, trust becomes a dangerous game.
As paranoia takes hold, alliances fracture and accusations start flying, the Faithfuls must work out who is lying to their faces and banish the Traitors hiding in plain sight. Meanwhile, the Traitors will lie, deceive and Murder their way through the game.
With a share of a prize worth up to $250,000 on the line, friendships can only get you so far.
Host Gretel Killeen said: “All of us at Claremont Manor are thrilled to the point of palpitations to have every day Australians come and play with us in 2027. But I do hope they don’t wear anything synthetic because it’s so much more difficult to dispose of a body dressed in fabrics that don’t decompose.”
Applications are now open at 10.com.au/casting for Australians ready to lie, betray, seduce and embark on the adventure of a lifetime.
Trust no one. Pack natural fibres. And whatever you do, don’t get Murdered.
The Traitors is produced for Network 10 by South Pacific Pictures. The Traitors (Dutch title: De Verraders) was created and developed by IDTV in cooperation with RTL Creative Unit. Banijay Entertainment is responsible for the international distribution of the format and tape sales.
