Paramount+ Australia Reveals First Look At Original Drama Dalliance Premiering Thursday, 27 August.

Paramount+ today announced that all six episodes of the highly anticipated Australian original drama Dalliance will premiere exclusively on Thursday, 27 August.  

Produced by Roadshow Rough Diamond, Dalliance follows retired cameraman Billy (Hugo Weaving) who unexpectedly crosses paths with chef Dani (Heather Mitchell). An instant connection threatens to unravel decades of friendship and family. As one life-changing event sends shockwaves through an entire community, marriages are tested, new relationships ignite, old wounds resurface, and everyone is forced to confront the choices that have shaped their lives.

Filmed on location across Sydney, the stunning backdrop of the Harbour City sets the scene as we follow a close-knit group of lifelong friends who must confront long-buried secrets, and the messy realities of life, relationships, and second chances in their sixties.

Created by John Edwards, Heather Mitchell, Pip Karmel and Liz Doran, and produced by John Edwards, Heather Mitchell and Dan Edwards. The series is executive produced by Paramount Australia’s Head of Scripted and Comedy, Sophia Mogford, and Pip Karmel, who also serves as story producer. The writing team includes Pip Karmel, Jock Serong, Christopher Lee and Liz Doran, with Matthew Saville and Emma Jackson directing.
