Leading Then, Now and Into The Future.

At Paramount Australia, women aren’t just part of the story we tell on screen, they are part of the story of our business. From the talent leading our biggest shows, to the women leading our business, leadership runs through everything we do.

We are proud to stand behind this year’s B&T Women in Media Awards theme, Honouring Leadership, celebrating the women driving Australia’s media industry forward.

Leadership comes in many forms. It’s telling the important stories that need to be told. It’s showing up as our truest selves with a bit of flair, warmth and authority. It’s being the expert in the room. It’s bringing joy and curiosity into homes across the country every night, and advancing the business that makes that possible.

Women have a pivotal place in our business, content and audience makeup. As a core part of our audience across all ages, the wonderfully diverse ways women engage with our programming continue to inspire us daily.

Here’s a closer look at how women actively shape and influence our content while driving the conversation as passionate consumers.
