Yeesum Lo is Paramount Australia and New Zealand’s (ANZ) Vice President, Content Business Affairs and Strategy, responsible for leading the content team in commercial execution, production management and business strategy.

Yeesum was promoted to Vice President, Content Business Affairs and Strategy in September 2025, after joining Paramount (ANZ) in 2020 as Head of Development. In this role, Yeesum played a central role in commissioning and developing local productions across 10 and Paramount+ platforms.

A Hong Kong native, Yeesum Lo started her career in entertainment at NBC Universal in New York City and holds a Master of Fine Arts in Motion Picture Producing from the University of Southern California’s renowned Peter Stark Producing Program.

With a keen interest in global content, she was appointed Manager of Business Development for Endemol Shine Group in Los Angeles before transferring to Sydney in 2013. At Endemol Shine Australia, Yeesum was the Director of Digital, working across key global formats with a focus on commercial strategy and creative content.

Yeesum is a member of the Paramount ANZ Senior Leadership Team and has co-chaired Paramount Australia’s Reconciliation Action Plan Working Committee since 2024. She is a board member of Sydney Festival and Sports Chaplaincy Australia. In 2016, Yeesum was recognised with winning B&T’s 30 Under 30 Media category.
