We managed to catch up with Radelaidean Cameron Mudge. When he’s not chasing or chauffeuring his sporting sons, you’ll find him hard at work as General Manager and Sales Director, Adelaide.
What do you love about your job?
I love working in an environment that offers the diversity and rapidly evolving landscape which challenges me each and every day – I also love working with the highly motivated and talented team that is Paramount Adelaide.
If you could be part of one show on any Paramount network (Network 10, 10 Play, Paramount+, MTV, Nickelodeon), what would it be and why?
I’d love to be either a guest panellist on The Cheap Seats – or a guest quiz master on Have You Been Paying Attention? Both these show are the funniest and sharpest programming on TV in Australia if not globally and embody the unique DNA of the 10 Network – being strong when we are different.
Where would we find you on the weekends?
Chasing my sons around sporting ovals and stadiums of Adelaide (and sometimes interstate) watching them indulge in their sporting passions of Aussie Rules, Basketball and Rowing.
Do you have a mentor, or someone who inspires your career?
I am fortunate to have a small group of experienced and highly successful people in business that continue to offer me wise counsel and guidance on a regular basis – I have found this incredibly valuable and crucial when operating in such a fast paced and rapidly evolving environment such as media.
What energises you when you’re at work?
Working with talented people who combine great skill and talent with passion and commitment – with this combination we will be successful as a business I have no doubt!

Always operate at work like you own the business – and at the end of the day your reputation is the only thing that matters – make sure you nurture and protect it. Think career – not job.
