The triumphant return of Thank God You’re Here was a cracking success taking the coveted title of TV’s biggest new series for the year and was also the biggest comedy launch since 2019.
Hosted by the gregarious and hilarious Celia Pacquola, each episode saw a merry band of Australia’s established and emerging comedians thrust through the blue door to face an unknown world of improvisation mayhem.
The hapless heroes made us guffaw at their ensuing antics with laugh out loud moments and theatrics that had audiences of all ages around Australia hooked on the hysterics.
Each week, a merciless celebrity judge would rate their performance and award the ‘Best Bullsh#t Artist’ as well as a few conciliation prizes for encouragement and the odd participation ribbon here and there.
Unlike the show which is full to the brim with bullsh#t, the series results are the truth of the matter for Thank God You’re Here.
