Influential Communication | September 7th @ 12pm AEST Research reveals one of the most valuable communication and influence competencies is your “inquiry skills.” In this workshop, you’ll deepen your questioning ability so that you instinctively phrase questions in ways that create clarity, resolve problems, and motivate people to take action.
Saying What You Want | September 8th @ 12pm AEST All too often, we know what we want to say, but it either comes out incorrectly or doesn’t come out at all. In this course, you’ll learn techniques that help you speak out, be heard, and enhance your overall ability to bring forth desired results.
Good Decision | September 16th @ 12pm AEST In this workshop, you’ll learn how to make better decisions by understanding your decision-making styles, being aware of your mental shortcuts, and employing practical techniques to maximise your efficacy.
Communicate Like a Boss | September 9th @ 9am AEST Communication is a critical leadership lever to cultivate an environment of transparency, efficiency and excellence. In this course, you’ll craft your own leadership communication brand and learn how to clearly and concisely communicate what matters most to your team members, while simultaneously ensuring that key messages don’t get miscommunicated in the process.
