In this workshop, you’ll deepen your questioning ability so that you instinctively phrase queries in ways that create clarity, resolve problems, and motivate people to take action.
Personal Effectiveness: Managing Up | Wednesday, 16 November @ 1pm AEDT
It can be a challenging dynamic when someone is in a position of power but potentially challenging work with. Even though there are elements of these dynamics that we can’t always influence, we can learn to pinpoint what motivates and drives the individual in question.
In this workshop, you’ll learn a range of practical techniques to manage up – making your life easier (and probably theirs, too!).
For People Managers: Essentials of Management | Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1-17 November @ 1pm-3pm AEDT
A favourite for those who are new to managing people, this three-week learning journey will help you build the foundational skills for driving team engagement, inclusion, and performance excellence.
