The Highly Anticipated Emmy®-Nominated Series Premieres Monday, 23 June Exclusively On Paramount+.
Paramount+ Australia today announced that Emmy®-nominated drama series, from creator Julian Fellowes (Downton Abbey), The Gilded Age will return for its eight-episode season, premiering Monday, 23 June exclusively on Paramount+.
The American Gilded Age was a period of immense economic and social change, when empires were built, but no victory came without sacrifice. Season three begins with Bertha setting her sights on a prize that would elevate her family to unimaginable heights, while George takes his biggest gamble yet: revolutionising the railroad industry.
Across the street, the Brook household is thrown into chaos as Agnes struggles to accept Ada’s new position as lady of the household, as Marian cautiously strikes up a new romance. Meanwhile, Peggy meets a well-to-do doctor from Newport, whose family is less than enthusiastic about her independent, activist spirit. As all of New York hastens toward the future, ambition and scandal collide – proving that no victory comes without sacrifice.
