Network 10 today confirmed the appointment of Georgina Pym as group sales manager who will be responsible for leading agency sales for 10 in Perth.
Georgina has been acting in the role since she re-joined 10 from Multi-Channel Network (MCN) in December 2018. Her appointment is effective immediately and she will report to 10’s general manager and sales director – Perth Paul Townsend.
Of Georgina’s appointment, Paul said: “I’ve worked with Georgina since she started her sales career and it’s been fantastic seeing her develop into an outstanding sales leader. Georgina knows media, she knows Perth and she’s very well respected in the market. I’m really excited to be confirming this appointment.”
Georgina started her sales career at 10 in March 2014. She joined MCN in May 2016 and re-joined 10 in December 2018 as acting group sales manager working across local and national agency accounts.
Georgina said: “Having grown up watching 10, I feel very fortunate to work for such a brilliant company. Led by Rod Prosser, Lisa Squillace and Paul Townsend, the team here in Perth has some excellent momentum in market. With a clear under 50s audience proposition, some incredible content to come and a huge amount of multi- platform opportunities available, the future is really bright for 10 and I can’t to work with agencies to achieve great results.”
Network 10 has also welcomed Jessica Cameron to the team as an account manager, reporting through to Georgina. Jessica joins 10 from Seven West Media where she worked across the magazine and newspaper division. Jessica has also held agency sales roles at Nova Entertainment and Southern Cross Austereo.
The appointments of Georgina and Jessica complete the 10’s Perth sales team.
